Step By Step Guide On How To Prepare Nsala Soup

INGREDIENTS
Utazi leaf,

Yam cubes,

Crayfish,

Maggi,

Pepper,

Dry or smoke fish,

Yellow pepper,

Stockfish, meat/chicken.

PREPARATION PROCESS

STEP_1

Season your already chop meat, fish, and stockfish, or your already steamed chicken. Make sure you thoroughly wash all of them before adding Maggie, pepper, and salt. After adding these, cook until water is dried.

Peels get yam cubes and boil until soft, then pound the yam to a smooth paste using a mortar and pestle.

Put the cooked yam in a good processor/blender, use water to blend until the yam is called.

Remember you steamed something at first, now put your pot on the fire. Your pot container meat, fish, etc. Add water to the pot and allow to steam, then you cut the yam bit by bit and leave the soup to cook until the paste is completely dissolved and the meat is well cooked.

Close the pot for 10 mins and open it again. Add your utazi leaf, make sure that everything is in full taste to know if your meal fit for a serve.

Your utazi should be pound or cut. Cover the pot after adding, surprise surprise; your food is ready.

This soup can be served with a fresh bottle of Pepsi, fofo, amala, or semovita.
