Investigation of Osinbajo over the School Feeding Programme has been cleared.

A spokesman for the agency said it was not investigating Vice President Yemi Osinbajo’s office for procurement related to the government’s food program.
Working Group of the Hon. Wole Oke has made it clear in response to reports in certain quarters that Osinbajo offices are being investigated.

Regarding the President of the Federal Government of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Ms. Olusola Idowu, Oke says the interests of this group are within the Ministry and not in the Osinbajo office.

Oke said the investigation was aimed at obtaining full evidence of the findings from the Ministry.

He says: “According to our data, the Office of the Deputy Director is responsible for designing and overseeing the National Insurance Service.

“Our investigation has nothing to do with the Office Director but with the Ministry.

“Our current interest lies in home-based nutrition education and that is why we want the Ministry to keep the records with us. No one should cheat on it, our goal is no one to destroy anyone. We want to document that we are not investigating the director of the agency. ”

Sadiya Farouq, the Minister for Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Development, announced that the government had recently spent N523.3 million on its school supplies.

Farouq said the government was spending money on school feeding for local schools while covering COVID-19.

N523.3millions on school supplies, what exactly is he supplying to have spent such an amount, this is much, we hope anything that I being supplied is worth the money.

However, we will also need to read the update after the investigation to also clear the air about the feeding programme.

  1. They should be properly probed and further investigation should still be carried out. 523 million? oh come on, that is pretty outrageous please

  2. ₦523.3 million on what exactly, on schools that were on luck down during covid 19? Na wah o, nothing we no go hear for Niger….
