Location: Any of our offices in Nigeria

Main Functions

  • A qualified person is required to attend all of their training classes which will provide them with basic information on various aspects of the company such as management, finance, etc.
  • A qualified person may work under the supervision of senior employers and may be required to do research work for a company.
  • A qualified person may sometimes need to visit different fields of work to gain work experience.
  • A qualified person may be required to make representations required for the duration of the training on the basis of the assessment.
  • A qualified person must pass the entire test to work for the company and must demonstrate his or her ability to work.

  1. Job Title: HSE Officer

Location: Abuja

Type of work: Contract

Terms of Service: This is a Minimum 6months fixed term employment contract.

Eligibility

  • Must have a Degree or Diploma with Nebosh or Ohsas
  • Must be aware of all safety precautions followed by the oil and gas industry with Nebosh and OHSAS.
  • HSE employees must be NEBOSH Certificate holders and must have experience in managing construction or repair projects in the Oil and Gas industry with at least 3 years of equivalent experience with the HSE Officer.
  • He or she must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
  • knowledge in Excel is a must.
  • Nominees Must Have Experience in Oil and Gas, Quality Management Information will be helpful.

  1. Job Title: Engineers

Location: Abuja or any of our offices

Terms of Service: This is a lease and a fixed-term contract

Main Functions

  • Establish more strategic and robust strategies for the Department of Business Development to promote the effective implementation of Invitation to Tenders (ITT) with regard to achieving project outcomes and training outcomes.
  • Take the lead in building the tools, manuals and training materials needed to ensure the success of the Training and Implementation projects.
  • Work with the Business Development Manager and report frequently to him.
  • Conduct periodic reviews, reflection and arrange meetings with stakeholders and clients to inform project strategies.
  • Take the lead in planning and implementation of tender follow-ups, project review meetings with active participation of beneficiaries and all relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain good relations with Corporate Departments and Supply Chain Departments or agencies at all times to follow tenders or obtain ITT.

Qualification Requirements

  • The applicant must obtain at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering but mainly in Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.
  • Interested people must have experience working in the field of marketing and business development from 5-7 years.

  1. Task Title: Project Leader

Location: Abuja

Type of activity: Fixed Time

Employment contract: A minimum of 6 months

Main Functions

  • Develop a number of project strategies to improve effective implementation in achieving the stated project outcomes.
  • Take the lead in building the tools, manuals and training materials needed to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Coordinating project activities and Client liaison to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Establish critical annual approaches to ensure that the project implementation plan is aligned with the priorities and key areas of the Criticality test results and the project outcomes used.
  • Work closely with the Project Coordinator and the facilitators to ensure that project adoption is included in the project work as appropriate.
  • Anticipate project risks and take mitigation measures.
  • Conducting periodic reviews, reflection and planning meetings with stakeholders and clients to inform project strategies.
  • Lead in planning and facilitating project review meetings with active participation of beneficiaries and all relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic support to increase understanding and awareness of changes in project agreements and trends.
  • Actively participate in customer review meetings and demonstration meetings, and highlight project success, challenges and ways to mitigate challenges.
  • Maintain good relationships with the Client agent at all times.

Qualification Required and Knowledge

  • The applicant must hold at least a Master’s Degree in Project Management for at least 3 years of work experience in Oil and Gas.
